How Lebron Coach Helped Him Win A Championship

If it were not for Erik Spoelstra of the Miami Heat Lebron James would not have any championship rings right now. That is because Lebron coach helped him win not one, but two NBA championships. In the last decade, Lebron has been to the NBA finals four times. Two out of four of those times Lebron has won championships. The first time he went he was with the Cleveland Cavaliers, while the second time he was with the Miami Heat. Lead back coach Spoelstra, Lebron was able to secure back to back championships titles, and back to back MVPs. Now he looks to land his third three peat, and to prove to the world he has what it takes to win another championship. A lot of people doubt Lebron James and his ability to make it and win another NBA championship, but they should look at his coach more than him.

At the end of the day it is up to the coach of a team to rally his players towards victory. Erik Spoelstra has been able to tap into the potential of his players, and is looking to do the same this year. If he can lead the Miami Heat to another NBA Finals, this will be the fourth year in a row that the Heat have made it there. Erik Spoelstra not only has talent in Lebron James, but he also has the talented Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh as well. In addition, the team has a variety of players like Ray Allen, and Udanis Haslem to help give them a solid presence on the court. There is little from from the Miami Heat, and less from Lebron coach who has literally lead the team to countless victories in the past.

If you recall, Lebron lost to the San Antonio Spurs 0-4 in the 2007 NBA Finals. Ever since then Lebron has been looking for revenge. Well he got it last year when his new team, The Miami Heat, was able to play Time Duncan, Tony Parker, and the San Antonio Spurs. It came down to a total of 7 games, and Lebron James and his team was able to clinch the victory. The reason for this is because of the mind behind Erik Spoelstra. He was able to adapt to the strategies the San Antonio Spurs were able to implement in the game, and to overcome the pressure of champions.

Lebron coach helped him realize his role as a leader, and how he needed to inspire his teammates to tap into their potential as well. On nights when Lebron was heavily guarded, or was not playing to his potential, his teammates were there to carry the weight. A team is only as good as its weakest player, and Erik Spoelstra made sure that the Miami Heat was deep enough and talented enough to pick different players on the roster in order to play and compete. The team has about 10 solid players they can choose from to go out and produce for them on any given night. This makes it so that the Heat can mix up their efforts on the floor, and outwit opponents who threaten their lineup.

Lebron James is ready to make another run for a championship. His coach has helped him win a couple of rings in the past, and now he is looking for a third in a row. A lot of teams in the past were put together with a lot of talent but were not able to produce. Erik Spoelstra was able to get a group of very talented athletes and keep them all in control. It is a lot harder to keep egos in check than you think. Far too many players try to dominate on a team and wind up costing their overall moral to fail. What makes the Miami Heat work as a unit is that everyone recognizes their role on the team. When called upon a player will act and do his role to help the team win. Yet if required to sit out, a player is willing to allow and put trust in his teammates to come through and win for him.
